Woodfit Ltd. was founded in 1979 and is now one of the leading specialist joinery’s and bespoke furniture manufacturers in Ireland.
The company relocated in 2000 to a 25,000 sq. ft. facility. The manufacturing plant has the most up to date plant and equipment in modern joinery production including computerized cutting and machining centers. The most recent investment was the introduction of a flush door production line for both fire rate and non fire rated doors manufactured to architects specification in all species of veneer and paint grade doors.
In the early days Woodfit specialised in kitchens, wardrobe and wall units and went on
to extend into the manufacture of Irish bars all over the continent including
Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Lithuania etc.
Woodfit is now involved in major projects such as the Palm House- Botanic Gardens,
Farmleigh House- Phoenix Park, the Morrisson Hotel Dublin and the Mahony,
Hall, DCU, Institute of Marine, Galway.
Woodfit currently employs approximately 50 people and our staff has an extensive
knowledge of all aspects of design, manufacture and fitting. We operate an open door
policy to Architects, Contractors and Quantity Surveyors who wish to visit our
premises to see for themselves that we have the ability to produce quality product.
